What We Don't Store
Unless a safety concern is flagged, raw message content is processed in real-time and discarded. We don't build advertising profiles or sell data to third parties.

Child Privacy Protections
Children and rangatahi receive additional privacy protections. As children age, the system shifts toward greater privacy and autonomy — teens see what their guardians can see, building trust through transparency.

Parents can export, delete, or adjust monitoring settings at any time. All data is encrypted, and you can see exactly what the AI has flagged and why.
